Benefits & Perks
Medical Insurance
Klizer provides medical insurance coverage to eligible employees and their dependents.
Full-time employees become eligible after successful completion of the 6-month probationary period and confirmation of employment.
Coverage is up to ₹3,00,000 + ₹2,00,000 add-on per annum, subject to the applicable policy.
Coverage includes the employee and up to six eligible family members.
Eligible dependents include:
- Spouse
- Children
- Dependent parents
Term Insurance
At Klizer, we provide term insurance coverage as part of our employee benefits to support employees and their families with financial protection.
Coverage
Eligible employees are covered under the Klizer Group Term Insurance policy.
- Coverage: ₹25,00,000 to ₹50,00,000
- The applicable coverage amount will depend on the employee's eligibility and the company insurance policy.
- The benefit is intended to provide financial support to the employee's nominee/family in the event of the employee's death during the policy period.
Employee Referral Program: Hire A Star
Employees can refer talented professionals from their network.

The referral bonus is paid along with monthly salary after the referred candidate successfully completes the applicable probation period.
Leave & Holidays
Leave is generally credited on January 1 each year. For new employees, leave is credited on the joining date on a pro-rata basis wherever applicable.
Casual Leave

| More than 2 years | 2.5 days per month, up to 30 days per year |
Leave requests should be submitted through GreytHR at least five days in advance wherever possible.
Continuous leave of three or more consecutive days requires manager approval.
Up to 15 days of unused Casual Leave may be carried forward to the following calendar year.
Time-Off Permission
Employees may use up to four hours of permission per month for unexpected personal requirements or emergencies.
Permission is non-cumulative, cannot be carried forward or encashed, and cannot be adjusted against other leave balances.
Monthly Long Weekend
The second Friday of every month is an official company-wide paid holiday.
Public & Flexible Holidays
Employees receive 10 holidays each year:
- 7 fixed public holidays
- 3 flexible/restricted holidays selected from a list of 6 options
Employees should select their three restricted holidays in GreytHR by January 7 each year.
Compensatory Off
Comp-Off may be provided when an employee is specifically requested by management to work a full 8-hour shift on a weekend or declared holiday.
Manager approval is required, and the request must be submitted through GreytHR.
Comp-Off cannot be encashed or carried forward to the next calendar year.
Key HR Policies
Maternity Leave
Eligible female employees who have completed at least one year of continuous service are entitled to up to six months (26 weeks) of paid maternity leave, subject to applicable policy requirements.
Paternity Leave
Eligible male employees who have successfully completed probation may avail up to 10 business days of paid paternity leave around the time of delivery.
Remote Work
Klizer follows a distributed work model.
Standard working time is eight working hours per day, with recommended working hours of 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break and two 15-minute breaks.
Employees are expected to maintain approximately 2–3 hours of daily overlap with their primary team.
Employees working from different locations are responsible for maintaining reliable connectivity, a suitable work environment, required team overlap, meeting availability, and compliance with company and client requirements.
Time Tracking & Work Visibility
Employees are expected to maintain accurate work visibility through designated tools.
This includes:
- Timesheet updates through Basecamp/Jira
- Updated task and project status
- Appropriate availability on Slack
- Relevant status indicators
- Updated calendars
HR Processes
Performance Reviews
The formal annual performance review cycle is conducted in June.
It provides an opportunity to discuss performance, achievements, goals, strengths, development areas, career aspirations, and future objectives.
One-on-One Discussions
Managers are encouraged to have regular one-on-one conversations with team members to discuss priorities, workload, challenges, career development, feedback, learning opportunities, and concerns.
OKRs
OKRs help define and track individual objectives.
Employees are expected to set clear objectives, align goals with team and business priorities, track progress, and discuss achievements and blockers with their managers.
Recognition
Klizer recognizes employees through quarterly awards, including Best Employee and Best Team Player.
Performance Support
When performance does not meet expected standards, Klizer may initiate a Performance Improvement Plan.
A PIP provides clear expectations, areas requiring improvement, specific goals, a defined review period, regular feedback, and opportunities to demonstrate improvement.
Workload Support
Employees are encouraged to speak with their manager or HR when challenges affect their work, including excessive workload, difficulty managing priorities, or temporary personal circumstances.
Global Mobility & Business Travel
Where applicable, Klizer may provide administrative and financial support for US and UK work visas, business travel, visa applications, and related travel logistics.
Support depends on business requirements, assignment, applicable regulations, and company approval.
