At Klizer, we believe in ownership, collaboration, clear communication, and continuous learning.
As a new joiner, your first few days are about getting comfortable with your team, your role, and the way things work.
Our Ways of Working
Take Ownership
When you commit to something, take responsibility for seeing it through.
Keep track of your commitments, follow up when needed, and make sure things do not get lost along the way.
Ownership is not about doing everything yourself. It is about making sure the outcome is taken care of.
Communicate Early
If something is unclear, ask.
If there is a delay, let the right people know. If you see a potential problem, raise it early.
Keeping your team informed helps prevent small issues from becoming bigger ones.
Work Together
Collaboration is part of everyday work at Klizer.
Share knowledge, involve the right people, and be open to different ideas.
Ask Rather Than Assume
When something does not make sense, ask questions and seek context.
Understanding the reason behind a task or decision often leads to a better solution than making an assumption.
Keep People Informed
Share progress, challenges, and blockers instead of waiting until the last moment.
Good communication gives others the opportunity to help, make decisions, or adjust plans.
Be Open to Feedback and Learning
Feedback is part of how we improve.
Listen to it, learn from it, and use it to become better at what you do.
Keep learning through your work, conversations, reading, experimentation, and the experiences of others.
Communication & Meetings
Good communication is not about communicating more. It is about communicating clearly and using the right channel.
Use the communication and collaboration tools adopted by your team. Keep communication clear and professional, and be responsive during working hours.
Meetings are part of how teams align and make decisions.
Come prepared and respect everyone's time.
If something can be written, write it. If something can be solved asynchronously, do that first.
When a discussion leads to an important decision, action item, or follow-up, document it so everyone has the same understanding.
Workplace Expectations
Working at Klizer means being accountable for how you work and how you work with others.
We expect everyone to:
- Take responsibility for their commitments
- Maintain professionalism and respect in their interactions
- Protect company and customer information
- Keep learning and improving
- Ask for help when needed
- Contribute to the team
You are not expected to know everything when you join. What matters is being willing to learn, asking questions, taking ownership, and contributing as you grow.
That is how we work at Klizer: by taking ownership, communicating openly, learning continuously, and helping each other move forward.
