Challenges
The client faced several challenges during their migration from Magento 1 to Shopify. They were looking for a smooth transition without disrupting business operations, implementing multi-storefront solutions for U.S. and Canadian markets, and improving UX/UI for enterprise-level customers. They also needed to integrate multiple payment options, and tax exemption systems, and create a product customization tool. Integration of Shopify with IDenticard’s ERP system was provided for real-time order processing.
Solutions
