Purpose

The purpose of this Whistleblower Policy is to encourage employees and other stakeholders to report concerns about suspected misconduct, violations of company policies, unethical behavior, or breaches of laws and regulations, including but not limited to those impacting the company’s operations, financial practices, data security, and integrity. 

 Scope

This policy applies to all Klizer employees, contractors, consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Policy Statement

Klizer is committed to the highest ethical, moral, and legal standards. We value transparency and accountability in our operations and encourage individuals to raise concerns without fear of retaliation.

Reportable Matters

Individuals are encouraged to report concerns related to (but not limited to):

  • Fraud, theft, or embezzlement
  • Violations of laws or regulations (e.g., data privacy laws, labor laws)
  • Breaches of information security or misuse of confidential data
  • Conflicts of interest
  • Harassment, discrimination, or workplace safety issues
  • Breaches of company policies or code of conduct

Reporting Channels

Reports can be made through any of the following confidential channels:

  • Anonymous Form
  • OFFLINE: Letter Addressed to CISO/Compliance Officer (give Klizer office address)

Anonymity and Confidentiality

  • Reports may be submitted anonymously.
  • All information received will be treated confidentially to the extent possible.
  • Whistleblowers are not required to reveal their identity to receive protection.

Investigation Process

  • Upon receipt of a report, the Ethics Committee or designated officer will acknowledge and begin an impartial investigation.
  • Investigations will be handled promptly, thoroughly, and with due diligence.
  • Findings will be documented, and appropriate corrective actions will be taken.

Protection Against Retaliation

  • Retaliation in any form against a whistleblower who raises a concern in good faith is strictly prohibited.
  • Any employee found retaliating will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

False Reports

  • Reports made in bad faith or for malicious purposes may result in disciplinary action.
  • However, if a concern is raised in good faith but not substantiated, no action will be taken against the whistleblower.
