Growth Was Outpacing the Systems
Running the Business

Rebelution was scaling across marketplaces and channels, but its operational systems were creating increasing friction. Each function had the information it needed in a different place, making routine processes more manual and making it harder to respond as order and inventory complexity increased. Continuing with the existing setup would have meant relying on increasingly manual processes as the business grew.

Disconnected
Business Systems

Finance operated in QuickBooks while operational teams depended on Growvana and spreadsheets. There was no unified view of customers, inventory, or financial performance. Teams had to pull information from multiple systems before they could act, making it harder to maintain a consistent view of customers, inventory, and financial performance.

Manual Sales Order Processing

Sales orders required repetitive manual entry across systems, adding administrative work and slowing order processing. As order volumes increased, this manual workflow created additional pressure on the operations team.

Limited Warehouse
Visibility

Teams manually checked stock availability across warehouse locations before processing orders. Without automated allocation logic, warehouse teams had to determine where orders should be fulfilled based on available inventory and operational knowledge.

Duplicate Data Entry and Manual Reconciliation

Customer, vendor, inventory, and pricing information had to be entered across multiple systems. Financial data originated from different operational tools, making reconciliation and month-end activities more manual.

Still running your business across QuickBooks and spreadsheets?

Rebelution moved its core finance and operational workflows into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, with Growvana integrated through REST APIs. The implementation connected orders, inventory, customers, vendors, and invoices while replacing manual processes with automated workflows.

Klizer configured and customized Business Central around Rebelution's operating model, including workflows that extended beyond the platform's standard capabilities.

Growvana to Business Central: Real-Time
API Integration

Business Central now exchanges items, customers, vendors, sales orders, inventory, and invoice data with Growvana through automated API workflows. Information is validated before entering the ERP, eliminating manual re-entry and improving data quality across the business.

Centralized Finance Replacing
QuickBooks

The finance team now manages the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting inside a single system. Month-end closing no longer depends on pulling data from disconnected tools.

Automated Sales Order Processing

Sales orders from Growvana now flow into Business Central without manual recreation. This reduces order-processing effort and minimizes errors associated with manual data entry.

Intelligent Warehouse Location Automation

A custom location-assignment engine validates inventory, applies FIFO allocation logic, selects the appropriate warehouse, and splits orders across locations when required. This reduced the amount of manual effort required for warehouse allocation and gave teams a consistent process for making fulfillment decisions.

Tailored Customizations Beyond Native
ERP Capabilities

Standard Business Central workflows were customized using AL to support Rebelution's specific operating requirements, including order processing, inventory allocation, and other operational workflows.

What Changed After Go-Live

Rebelution's implementation brought finance and core operational workflows into Business Central while maintaining its existing Growvana-based order environment. Klizer connected the two systems through REST APIs and customized Business Central workflows using AL to support Rebelution's operational requirements.

The implementation included automated data exchange, sales order processing, inventory synchronization, warehouse allocation, purchasing, and financial workflows. Rebelution went live on June 5, 2026, on schedule, with teams operational from day one.

By bringing finance and core operational workflows into Business Central and connecting Growvana through automated integrations, Rebelution replaced fragmented manual processes with a more consistent way to manage orders, inventory, warehouse allocation, and financial operations.
