Day 1 Operational
from go-live
Bulk Processing of multiple
sales orders in a single action

As Rebelution processed hundreds of sales orders every day, warehouse teams were spending significant time before each order could move forward. Staff manually checked inventory across multiple locations, decided which warehouse should fulfill the order, updated location codes by hand, and split order lines themselves when stock was spread across sites. The process was manageable at lower volumes, but as order volume increased, the manual allocation work consumed more warehouse time and created additional opportunities for processing errors.

Manual Warehouse Selection

Every sales order required warehouse staff to review inventory across locations before assigning a location code. There was no automated allocation logic guiding the decision. Warehouse staff had to rely on their knowledge of inventory and warehouse availability to determine where each order should be fulfilled.

Manual Sales Line Splitting

When inventory was spread across multiple warehouses, staff had to manually split sales order lines and assign quantities to each location. This added processing time to affected orders and increased the amount of manual work required to complete fulfillment.

No FIFO Enforcement

Without an automated allocation process, inventory was not consistently consumed in the correct order. Older stock was not consistently prioritized, making inventory rotation less systematic and creating additional complexity for stock management and valuation.

Late Shortage Detection

Procurement teams often found out about stock shortages after orders were already being processed. Without an automated shortage check before allocation, procurement teams had less visibility into inventory gaps until the order was already being processed.

Managing warehouse allocation manually across multiple locations?

Klizer rebuilt Berk Enterprises' eCommerce platform on Magento 2 from the ground up: new brand identity, Epicor P21 integration via DCKAP Integrator, Element payment gateway, AI-powered search, and a full suite of B2B buying tools built for how their customers actually order. The goal was to give the business a platform that connects the systems it runs on and handles the catalog it actually sells.

Dynamic Pricing Sync
with ERP and Magento

Customer-specific pricing is now pulled directly from the Epicor 21 using DCKAP Integrator via API. Pricing updates happen automatically across the catalog on every page, from the homepage to the cart. No manual intervention, no lag, no mismatched rates between systems.

Account Approval and Access
Control

New customer registrations go through an approval workflow before being activated. Once approved, customer accounts are created directly in the ERP via API. Role-based access ensures that admins, shoppers, browsers, and approvers each interact with the platform appropriately.

AI-Powered Search

Search on the rebuilt platform is powered by AI, delivering faster and more accurate results across a wide catalog of packaging and disposable products. Buyers find what they need without manually navigating categories, which reduces friction and improves the overall buying experience.

Smoother Order Processing

Orders placed on the Magento storefront are automatically sent to the ERP and created as approved orders. Customer info, line items, and pricing are mapped and transferred without anyone touching them. Order status syncs back to the storefront so buyers stay informed at every step.

B2B Buying Tools Built for Repeat
Ordering

The platform was built with B2B workflows in mind. Buyers can use Quick Order to bulk-add products by uploading a CSV with SKUs, save frequently ordered items to Shopping Lists and add them to cart in one step, and view Recently Purchased Products to reorder by product name or SKU. Only approved, registered accounts can access pricing and checkout, keeping the experience clean for the right buyers.

Website Rebranding, Performance Optimization, and Element Payments

The platform was rebranded with a new visual identity on Magento 2. Configurations, caching, and backend processes were tuned to support live integrations without a performance cost. WeltPixel handles image optimization across the catalog. Element Payments replaced the disconnected checkout with a secure end-to-end payment flow. New Relic monitors performance post-launch and flags issues before they reach buyers.
